"Do you know what today is?"
"Buffy Day."
"Did you get it?"
"Sweetie, the store doesn't open until 11."
"Oh."
"I'll call you to tell you that I have it when I get it."
"Okay!"

This afternoon, circa 12:34pm:
"Did you get it? DID YOU GET IT!?"
"Yes."
